Every design here is free to build. There's no licence and no copyright claim, so you don't need to ask: take one, put your name on it and give it your own twist. Or lift a single idea you like and take it somewhere else entirely.
Why give them away?
The industry keeps recycling stale ideas. Talented teams spend years on games that meet no real human need, encourage toxic behaviour or exploit their players, while others take two steps forward and one step back.
The more people fork these designs into their own versions, the more variety and the better games we all get. I'd rather see a design built by someone else than never built at all.
The idea behind every one of them: a game should fulfil fundamental human needs, because that's where what people call "fun" actually comes from.
